Terms & Retainer
Once a package and date are agreed upon. There’s a 50% non-refundable retainer to reserve the date, and the remaining 50% is due 1 month before. We accept Debit, Credit, Venmo, and Cashapp.

Karina is amazing! Karina came through for our wedding when our photographer fell through at the last minute five days beforehand. The entire process was smooth, we had a very solid contract, rates were extremely reasonable, and Karina did such a good job capturing what really turned out to be the best day of our lives so far. The Process
Inquiry & Booking
When you first reach out, we'll chat about your vision, wedding plans, and what you're looking for in a photographer. If we're a good fit, I'll send over a contract and invoice for the retainer. Once that’s signed and paid, your date is officially booked!
Engagement Session
An engagement session is a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera before the big day. It also gives you beautiful photos for save-the-dates, invitations, and your wedding website. If you choose to include an engagement session, we’ll plan a location and style that fits you as a couple.
Wedding Day & Timeline Discussion
We’ll go over all the exciting details of your wedding day, from the timeline to the must-have shots that mean the most to you. I’ll share tips and suggestions to make everything flow smoothly, and we’ll make sure every important moment, special detail, and cherished family grouping is beautifully captured!
Final Check-In
About a month before your wedding, we'll touch base to finalize details and confirm your timeline. This is a great time to go over any last-minute changes and make sure everything is set for a smooth, stress-free photography experience. Final payment is also due at this time.
Wedding Day
On the day of your wedding, I’ll be there to capture everything from getting ready to the big moments and all the little details in between. My goal is to document your day in a way that feels natural, beautiful, and true to you.
Sneak Peek
Within a week, I’ll send over a handful of sneak peek images so you can relive a few special moments while waiting for your full gallery.
Full Gallery Delivery
(6-8 Weeks After Wedding)
Your full wedding gallery will be delivered within 6-8 weeks, filled with high-resolution images for you to download, share, and print. If you’re interested in heirloom albums or wall art, I can help design something special to showcase your favorite images.
