Hello! I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Karina, a portrait and wedding photographer based in my hometown of Olympia, Washington. My love for photography began in middle school when I used it as a way to document my life—like a visual journal.

In high school, I took a beginner’s photography course, which sparked my passion even further. I later attended a vocational school for commercial graphic design and polished my photography skills in college.

My favorite place to photograph is Evergreen College, where the natural beauty of the surroundings perfectly complements my style. I specialize in natural lighting and have a love for vibrant, bold colors that shine through in my art.

I know how nerve-wracking it can feel to be in front of the camera—trust me, I’m a bit awkward myself! But that’s what makes me the perfect fit to capture your big day or special occasion. I create a relaxed and fun environment, so you can feel comfortable and confident while I document your most meaningful moments.

Beyond photography, I love traveling, hiking, upcycling clothing, rock hunting, seeing live music, and caring for my ever-growing plant collection—over 80 and counting!
